Adopt Agenda B. Public Comment Pursuant to board bylaws (bit.ly/accboebylaws), a public comment list shall be provided prior to this meeting. Those wishing to address the board will be asked to provide a first name, last name, and an address. The Chairperson will call each person in the order shown on the list. Each person wishing to provide public comment shall have three minutes to address the Board. C. New Business 1. Hearing regarding candidate challenge request for Tax Commissioner Candidate JP Lemay 2. Discussion regarding application for recall election (15min - Staff) D. Announcements 1. Tuesday, April 9, 120 W. Dougherty Street, 4:30pm: April regular meeting 2. Monday, April 22 Last day to register to vote in time for the May election First day absentee ballots may be mailed out for May election 3. Monday, April 29: advance voting begins for May election 4. Friday, May 10: last day to request absentee ballot for May election 5. Tuesday, May 21: last day to vote in May election E. Adjourn
