Adopt Agenda B. Public Comment Pursuant to board bylaws (bit.ly/accboebylaws), a public comment list shall be provided prior to this meeting. Those wishing to address the board will be asked to provide a first name, last name, and an address. The Chairperson will call each person in the order shown on the list. Each person wishing to provide public comment shall have three minutes to address the Board. C. Election Day update D. New Business Proposed resolution requesting additional funding for expanded Spanish-language translation (15min - Shirley) E. Announcements 1. Tuesday, May 21: last day to vote in May election 2. Friday, May 24, 6:00pm: special meeting, election certification, 2555 Lexington Road 3. Tuesday, June 11, 4:30pm: regular meeting, 120 W. Dougherty Street 4. If a runoff is necessary after the May 21 election: Friday, June 7: deadline to request absentee ballot for June runoff By Monday, June 10: advance voting begins for June runoff Tuesday, June 18: last day to vote in June runoff F.
