A. Adopt Agenda
B. Public Comment
Pursuant to board bylaws (bit.ly/accboebylaws), a public comment list shall be provided prior to
this meeting. Those wishing to address the board will be asked to provide a first name, last name,
and an address. The Chairperson will call each person in the order shown on the list. Each
person wishing to provide public comment shall have three minutes to address the Board.
C. Old Business
1. Selecting a new polling place to succeed 7A Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Athens
effective October 1, 2024 (10min - Staff)
2. Creating outreach plan to maximize community awareness of changes to 7A (10min -
Fambrough)
D. New Business
Discussion about possible changes to voter challenge procedure (5min - Shirley)
E. Announcements
1. Tuesday, August 13, 120 W. Dougherty Street, 4:30pm: August regular meeting
2. August 19: First day to request absentee ballot for November election
