In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Lisa Riley, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; Ann Till, Member; and Willa Fambrough, Member. Others in attendance were Lisa McGlaun, Interim Elections Director; Lesia Wheeler, Administrative Assistant; Pam Long, Elections Assistant; Audra Taylor, Elections Assistant; Andrew Saunders, Assistant County Manager; and Courtney Davis, Assistant County Attorney. Also present were two members of the public. A. MOTION by Ms. Till to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Ms. Riley. MOTION TO AMEND by Ms. Riley to add “Greene County” to the item under New Business. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously. Amended motion approved unanimously. B. MOTION by Ms. Till to approve the minutes from the February 17 special meeting, February 18 special meeting, and February 18 regular meeting. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. C. Public comment was heard from Jacqueline Elsner. D. Director McGlaun, Ms. Long, and Ms. Taylor presented the Director’s Report. E. Old Business F. New Business G.
