PURPOSE
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss specifically the fencing section of the general set of
Design Guidelines to determine any content or substantive changes to this section that may be
desired as the first of a series of meetings looking at the sections set as priorities by the HPC.
Any modifications determined needed will go through the text amendment process at a later
time.
