MINUTES Human Relations Committee Wednesday, December 11, 2024 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM Planning Conference Room ACCGov Staff in Attendance: 1. Annesia Crew – Data & Policy Coordinator 2. Venzella Stowers Minutes  Meeting called to order at 6:03 P.M.  Previous meeting minutes were accepted  People & Belonging provided updates to the committee. o Shared that it is the responsibility of the chairperson and co-chair to create and submit the agenda to ACCGov staff 8 days prior to the scheduled meeting. o Shared to the committee that it is their responsibility to create subject content and ideas for the committee’s outreach material. The PBD will create material based on their feedback and submitted ideas. The HRC should submit all outreach material and ideas to the PBD Marketing & Outreach Analyst. o Shared that all BAC training and orientation modules are uploaded in ACCGov Learning Management System (LMS) and committee members must complete all trainings within 180 days of their appointed date. o Shared update on the committees participation in MLK Day of Service. No public comment given on Old Business Old Business  Committee reviewed outreach calendar and discussed participation in upcoming events.
