Call to Order: David Matthews-Morgan, Chair, welcomed the members and called the special called meeting to order. B. Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Stephanie Lynn Directors unanimously approved motion as modified D. Old Business (Directors) 1. Stephanie presented and discussed the potential scoring matrix, with a profitability component as an additional feature. Discussed logistics of scoring criteria. Discussed likely loan recipients. Agreed to have each JDA member complete their own scoring weights. 2. The new application form was discussed. Length and depth of information was discussed. Dan McRae will work to revise the document. E. New Business (Directors) 1. Discussed hiring of manager and likelihood of loan starting date. F. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) Ilka reported on working to connect with the public official liability insurance for both Winterville and Athens. Discussed relevant points of concern in regards to liability. G. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) Dan gave an update on the status of the state government, and the status of our board. H.
