Reviewed JDA- RLF Application. Additions of a withdrawal mechanism and a response to application errors were included. Motion to approve application with additions: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Erica Cascio 2. Discussion on dates to open/close RFQ applications window. 3. Ilka and Kelly related updates on the CARES act. Discussed potential changes to scope and offerings of JDA. 4. Motion to send in RFQ to all relevant associations and banks, with due date: David Matthews-Morgan  Second: Stephanie Lynn Directors unanimously approved motion E. New Business (Directors) Simone Cifuentes has resigned from the JDA. Moving forward a replacement will be looked for. F. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) Ilka relayed updates on search for liability insurance (9,517.54/yr from Alliant Americas). G. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) Dan had nothing to report. H.
