Call to Order: David Matthews-Morgan, Chair, welcomed the members and called the regular called meeting to order. 2. Approval of Agenda Motion to approve with addition of discussion treasures report & missed grant actions: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Stephanie Lynn Directors unanimously approved motion as modified 3. Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes: Stepahnie Lynn Second: Tim Pierce-Tomlin Directors approved motion as modified with one abstention (Erica Cascio) 4. Old Business (Directors) No Old Business. 5. New Business (Directors) a. Stephanie reviewed the Treasures Report. Further discussion did not follow. b. Ilka presented two businesses that were previously denied for grants, however upon further review, were determined eligible for grants.  Motion to request Ilka McConnell to formally ask ACC GOV to supply the needed $19,290 from the reserve CARES Act funds, so as to approve the grant requests of Pulaski Heights Barbecue and M3 Yoga: Stephanie Lynn Second: Erica Cascio Directors unanimously approved motion 6. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) No staff report. 7. Next Regularly Called Meeting Motion to call regularly called meeting on Wednesday, February 3th from5:30- 6:30: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Stephanie Lynn Vote in favor of calling regularly called meeting on Wednesday, February 3rd from 5:30- 6:30: Directors unanimously approved motion 8.
