Call to Order: David Matthews-Morgan, Chair, welcomed the members and called the special called meeting to order. B. Approval of Agenda Motion to approve: Stephanie Lynn Second: Dodd Ferelle Directors unanimously approved motion C. Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes: Stephanie Lynn Second: Dodd Ferelle Directors unanimously approved motion D. Old Business (Directors) No old business at this time E. New Business (Directors) Directors discussed the consideration of allowing businesses that have previously received loans in the first or second round. Stephanie Lynn led discussion on the options available to the directors Motion: to allow previous loan recipients are eligible for up to the original maximum of $12,500 if they did not receive the full $12,500 in the previous rounds, and if more than $12,500 will be approved at the Director's discretion.  First: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Dodd Ferelle Directors unanimously approved motion Directors discussed the timing of launching the third round of application acceptance. Adjusted start date to June 7th. F. Next Special/Regular Called Meeting Motion to call special/regular called meeting on June 23rd at 5:30 at City Hall: Stephanie Lynn Second: Dodd Ferelle Vote in favor of calling special/regular called meeting on June 23rd at 5:30 at City Hall: Directors unanimously approved motion G.
