Discussed round 3 loan recipient applications for less than $12,500. Motion to approve 18 applicants for round 3 loan recipients for less than $12,500: Stephanie Lynn Second: David Matthews-Morgan Directors unanimously approved motion 2. Discussed Round 3 loan recipient applications for more than $12,500. Motion to approve 5 applications for round 3 loan recipients for more than $12,500: Erica Cascio Second: Ken Parris Directors unanimously approved motion  3. Discussed future use of remaining funds. Ken Parris requested a specially called meeting to discuss fund use. E. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) Reports that the ACCUG has added a budget for the JDA for the 2022 fiscal year. F. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) Reports that the Governor will no longer be participating in specific government programs. G.
