18. Request of W & A Engineering Owner: R.J. Cleveland Jr. / Dormicor LLC, for rezoning
from E-O* (Employment-Office Zoning with Conditions) to RM-1 (PD) (Mixed Density
Residential, Planned Development) on 10.18 acres known as130 Jennings Mill Parkway.
Proposed use is multi-family residential. Type II District 10

19. Request of Jimmy (Jay) E. Pridgen Owner: Trust of Nancy C. Pridgen for rezoning from
