Athens-Clarke County Office of Operational Analysis Re-Launch Committee Meeting Agenda October 11, 2022 3-4pm City Hall Room 103 1) Prospective staffing models: a. Launch with Auditor and Analyst, and allow for evolution of the office, possibly with another Analyst position or some outsourcing of projects. b. Seek Charter revision to eliminate office/position. 2) Draft Audit Committee membership: a. Two individuals with significant public sector administrative experience. b. Commissioner c. Mayor as ex-officio 3) Creation of Mission and Goals for office; office “strategic plan” 4) Process for submission of requests for audits. 5) Creation of more efficient flowchart and timeline for audit completion. 6) Directive for more discrete/manageable audit charges (e.g. programs or divisions, but not full departmental audits). 7) Office expectation regarding attendance at GOC, LRC and other Committee meetings. 8) Post-audit follow-up protocol.
