1. Approve: A resolution of the Commission of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, authorizing
acceptable forms of payment for ad valorem taxes and other purposes

2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)

4. Approve: Establish the Sunday in calendar year 2023 for alcoholic beverage sales for Class

Oglethorpe Avenue. Proposed use is mixed use residential and neighborhood commercial.

C-G(A) (Commercial-General, Airport) on 1.20 acres known as 3321 and 3331 Lexington
Road. Proposed use is quick service restaurant (drive-thru). Type I District 2

34. Request of Athens-Clarke County Unified Government for amendment to Chapter 9 of the
Code of Ordinances regarding research and development uses in C-G, E, and I Zones.

35. Request of Athens-Clarke County Unified Government for amendment to Chapter 9 of the
Code of Ordinances regarding accessory dwelling units.
