Update Taylor-Grady House RFP Language Discussion was held regarding information that the Committee members would like to include in the RFP including: clarification about use of the kitchen, use of 1st floor space, use of outbuildings, maintenance, alterations to the inside, landscaping, parking plans, subleasing and community access to the Taylor Grady House. The Committee requested staff to prepare a draft RFP for Committee approval in January. 2.
