Josh Edwards explained the work of The National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE) and Commissioner Davenport encouraged the Board to think of a time to have an official meeting with NACOLE. ________________________ 4. Major Frank Woods’ presentation on the three main functions of the Sheriff’s Office: law enforcement, the courts, and the jail __________________________________________ 6.
