Chair Evans opened the meeting 2. Minutes were approved 3. Bylaws  a. Reviewed suggestions from original task force members 4. Job Description a. Review suggestions from ACC HR Jeff Hale and AADM 5. Next Steps a. Chair will write a memo to send to M+C and then present to M+C and GOC in Jan 2023 b. Recommendations: i. A board member participates in the interview process for Monitor ii. GOC assigns appropriate budget for office and position iii. Mayor meets with the Board with his feedback at Jan 25th, 2023 meeting Votes Taken with Motion / Second / Results (Unanimous or Number of Yes / No Votes and names) (if applicable): ● Jocelyn Crumpton motioned to approve the 12.21.22 minutes. Timothy Pierce-Tomlin seconded. Motion approved unanimously. ● Kiana motioned to remove “no prior affiliation” in the job description. No second motion. ● Sarah Halstead motioned to send the job description and bylaws to M+C. Lane Pratt seconded. Motion approved unanimously.
