D. McAllister representing the Sheriff Department Items Discussed: 1. Introductions 2. Approve Minutes  3. Breakout Groups: Guest Speaker Jessica Moller from ACCPD discussed community surveys. Board decided which board members will be on the different breakout groups. 4. Complaint Intake Process a. Discussion: Hines advised against creating an official committee because it’s the same requirements for the larger board for Open Meetings Act. The Monitor position interview question breakout group will also work on the complaint intake process. 5. Debrief 6.
