MINUTES LEXINGTON TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT (TAD) ADVISORY COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING Thursday, August 19, 2021 – 5:30 pm The meeting was held remotely, via WebEx. The public could join this meeting by using the following link on their computer, smartphone or tablet: https://youtu.be/pHCIN8C-dNo Members Present: Rhett Butler, Mack Duncan, Mae Walter Members Absent: Cshanyse Allen, Brantley Colbert and Shane Dekle Staff Present: Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director Guest: Niki Jones, ACC Assistant Manager A. Call to Order as a Regular Meeting: Mack Duncan, Chair @ 5:41 pm Because of the lack of a quorum, no official votes were taken B. Approval of Agenda C. Approval of Minutes D. New Business: None E. Old Business: Continued discussion and brainstorming of needs within the TAD a. Ilka reviewed previous discussion concerning the number of members on the TAD Committee, Johnson and Indiana Drive Sewer and CDBG assistance with sewer hook-ups. b. Discussed the possibility of an inter-active map of the TAD district to better identify the current usage and possible future land usage. c. ACC Assistant Manager Niki Jones joined the meeting and we all introduced ourselves and welcomed him to ACC. F. Date for Next Regular Meeting: Thurs, September 2nd at 5:30 pm G. Adjourn @ 6:42 pm
