AGENDA MALL AREA TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT (TAD) ADVISORY COMMITTEE Tuesday, July 19, 2022 – 3:30 pm Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the July 19th meeting will be remote. Call to Order as a Regular Meeting: Michael Seibert 1. Meeting Began at 3:33 PM B. Approval of Agenda: Motion- Denise Ricks, Second -Jennifer Zwirn C. Approval of Minutes: Motion – Jennifer Zwirn, Second – Denise Ricks D. New Business:  Update on Mall TAD Application: Schedule is pushed back to late August/early September  Looking to improve Mall infrastructure with application E. Old Business  We will be looking at Quarterly Meetings, unless application is received by September 1. Then we will be meeting weekly or as necessary. F. Next Steps: If application is received any time after September 1, we will be notified by Caitlin Dye G. Date for Next Meeting: October 18th. This meeting will be in person at City Hall in 301B. H.
