MINUTES NEWTON BRIDGE TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT (TAD) ADVISORY COMMITTEE Monday, June 6, 2022 – 3:15pm Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the June 6 meeting will be remote. Discussion of Aim Projects in Newton Bridge TAD Boundaries, Daniel Sizemore, Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Safety Coordinator, ACCGov Transportation and Public Works Department i. Blue is Tier 1, Yellow is Tier 2 and Red is Tier 3. Interior line is bike, exterior line is pedestrian. E. Committee Questions and Discussion 1. Can developers put money in an account to build sidewalks where needed rather than on their parcel if it doesn’t connect to anything? 2. Setup a Transit bus to tour the district F. Next Steps 1. Determine Frequency of Meetings: Quarterly meetings with special called meetings if an application comes in. 2.
