Administrative Services Committee Meeting Commission Chamber - 4/28/2015 ATTENDANCE: Present: Hons. M. Williams, Chairman; D. Williams, Vice Chairman; Lockett and Davis, members. Absent: Hon. Hardie Davis, Jr., Mayor. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES 1. Task the Administrator with the development and implementation of employee Item performance reviews for personnel in critical positions. (Requested by Action: Commissioner Lockett) (Referred from April 14 Administrative Services Approved Committee) Motions Motion Motion Motion Text Made By Seconded By Type Result Motion to approve tasking the Administrator with developing and bringing back in 60 days an evaluation tool for Commissioner Commissioner Approve department directors and William Dennis Passes deputy administrators who Lockett Williams report to the Administrator and direct reports who report to the Commission. Motion Passes 4-0. 2. Motion to approve the minutes of the Administrative Services Committee held Item on April 14, 2015. Proposed changes to the manual were reviewed by the Human Action: Resources Department and the Law Department respectively. The revisions to Approved the manual were completed in late 2014 and slated to become effective on January 1, 2015.
