Motion to approve the purchase of one Dodge Durango at a total cost of $45,578 to Thomson Motor Center for the District Attorney’s Office. Motion to approve. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Voting Yea: Scott, Lewis, Frantom, Johnson 2. Approve and update Augusta Georgia’s DBE Program for federally assisted contracts in order to comply with the Department of Transportation’s program and update DBE rule 49 CFR Part 23. Motion to approve. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Voting Yea: Scott, Lewis, Frantom, Johnson 3. Motion to approve the minutes of the Administrative Services Committee held on January 31, 2023. Motion to approve. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Motion to approve Human Resources to accept the Grant award to participate in the Summer 2023 Georgia County Internship Program Motion to approve.  Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Discussion on standard MOU for partnerships for new and existing community partners that would like to provide volunteer services for Augusta Richmond County. (Requested by Commissioner Stacy Pulliam) Motion to approve deleting this item from the agenda. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Voting Yea: Scott, Lewis, Frantom, Johnson 6. Update on Grant Writer position. (Requested by Commissioner Stacy Pulliam) Motion to approve deleting this item from the agenda. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Voting Yea: Scott, Lewis, Frantom, Johnson 7. Motion to approve annual bid award for 23-129 Maintenance Services for Environmental Services Department to include 2 CNG stations. Services is to include pesticide application. Award is for one year to expire 12/31/23 – has an option to extend for one additional year. Motion to approve. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Voting Yea: Scott, Lewis, Frantom, Johnson ADDENDUM ITEM: Presentation by Augusta Tomorrow, Inc. to include a financial request in the amount of $150,000 for the upcoming Urban Area Master Plan. (Requested by Administrator Takiyah Douse) It was the consensus of the committee to add this item to the agenda without objection.
