Motion to approve the purchase of one toro mower at a total cost of $33,807.10 from Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation for the Recreation department utilizing GA state contract #9999-001-SPD- 0000177-0014. 2. Receive as information the emergency request for the replacement of the chiller pumps located at the Municipal Building in the amount of $34,037.46 by Trane Service. 3. Motion to approve the award of bid #25-224; Construction Services for Appleby Branch Library in the amount of $1,058,320.00 to be performed by Horizon Construction & Associates, Inc. 4. Motion to approve Housing and Community Development Department’s (HCD's) request to award Right Choice Property Management Company as HCD’s Property Management Company. Recommendation of award is for a two (2) year contract with the option to extend for one (1) additional year. 5. Motion to approve of the following annual bid item, as the estimated annual purchases for these items are expected to exceed $25,000.00. This request is in accordance with Sec. 1-10-58 of the Annual Contracts provision. 26-005 Emergency Standby Generator Maintenance Services, 26-007-Rental Equipment & Vehicles for 2026 Masters Tournament Operations, 26-008- Ground Support Equipment, and 26-010 Support of Gasoline and Diesel 6.
