Motion to approve the purchase of a Modular building from Modular Technologies Inc. 23-258 Motion to approve. Motion made by Garrett, Seconded by Williams. Voting Yea: Smith-McKnight, Mason, Williams, Garrett Motion carries 4-0. 2. Motion to approve VitalCore Health Strategies LLC amendment to contract for the Richmond County Sheriff's Office Inmate Medical Contract. Motion to approve. Motion made by Garrett, Seconded by Williams. Voting Yea: Smith-McKnight, Mason, Williams, Garrett Motion carries 4-0. 3. Discuss Animal Control and ongoing refusals to serve citizens within the city limits of Hephzibah; 2) update on where the current SDS agreement items stand between Augusta and Hephzibah. (Requested by Commissioner Brandon Garrett) It was the consensus of the committee to allow representatives from both Augusta and Hephzibah to set a date for a meeting to discuss the matter of animal control by Augusta within the city limits of Hephzibah and come to a solution. 4. Motion to approve the minutes of the Public Safety Committee held on October 31, 2023. Motion to approve. Motion made by Garrett, Seconded by Williams.
