Motion to approve $140,000 for the creation of one (1) Deputy Marshal, one (1) Corporal, and the purchase of safety gear, in support of the Marshal's Office Expanded Litter Program. Motion to approve with the funding to be charged to the Contingency Fund. Motion made by Mason, Seconded by Garrett. Voting Yea: Smith-McKnight, Mason, Williams, Garrett Motion carries 4-0. 2. Motion to approve the minutes of the Public Safety Committee held on February 13, 2024. Motion to approve. Motion made by Mason, Seconded by Garrett. Voting Yea: Smith-McKnight, Mason, Williams, Garrett Motion carries 4-0.
