Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Approve the Construction Contract to Piedmont Mining, LLC in the amount of $2,140,506.52 for the Northwest Development Roadway & Utility project. This item was approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 05/28/26 and the Augusta Commission on 5/21/26 (26-144). 3. Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Approve Change Order No. 01 of the construction contract with Contract Management, Inc. in the amount of $10,117.72, along with an addition of three (3) calendar days to the contract time. This item was approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 05/28/26. (ITB 24-264) 4. Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Approve Work Authorization #23 for Mead and Hunt to provide Construction Administration and Construction Observation (CA/CO) services for the construction of the NW Dev Roadway & Utilities in the amount of $430,705.65. This item was approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 05/28/26. (RFP 23-158) 5. Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Approve this Georgia Power Easement that runs underground in the Northwest Development Project Limits. This item was approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 05/28/26. 6. A.N. 26-22 – Existing Location, New Ownership: Florence Henley is the applicant for Tiffany’s Fashow, requesting consumption on premise liquor, beer, wine and Sunday sales, to be used in connection with 1524 Gordon Highway, Augusta GA 30906. District 2, Super District 9 7. A.N. 26-31 – New Location: A request by Gianluca DeBerardinis for a Nano Distillery License to be used in connection with Grazed Distilling Company LLC, located at 2227 North Leg Road. District 2, Super District 9. 8. A.N. 26-32 – New Location: Retail Package Beer and Wine. Krinesh Patel applicant for MA ASHA LLC dba Prime Market & Lottery, to be used in connection with 2658 Barton Chapel Road Suite A. District 5, Super District 9. 9.
