1. Approve the minutes of the Audit and Finance Committee Meeting of February 27, 2019 and April
17, 2019.

3. Audit of City Leases, which looked at how decisions for leasing properties are made by the City and
whether leasing decisions are made in the best interest of the City. (City Auditor’s Office)
