THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, MAY 23, 2019 AT 10:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL 301 W. SECOND STREET AUSTIN, TX Steve Adler Delia Garza Natasha Harper-Madison Sabino "Pio" Renteria Gregorio Casar Ann Kitchen Jimmy Flannigan Leslie Pool Paige Ellis Kathie Tovo Alison Alter AGENDA The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda. Consent 1. Conduct a public hearing; receive comment; and approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Multi-family Housing Revenue Bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $50,000,000 that will provide financing for the development of the Rebekah Baines Johnson Center by Austin Geriatric Center, Inc., or an affiliated entity, which is a proposed senior housing development to be located at 21 Waller Street, approving related documents (in substantially the same form as those attached to the resolution), and authorizing specific named representatives of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation to execute the documents relating to issuance of the bonds and closing the transaction. District(s): District 3 2. Set a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the issuance of up to $13,000,000 of Multi-family Housing Revenue Bonds to be issued by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation to finance the development of Govalle Terrace by the Cesar Chavez Foundation, or an affiliated entity, for a proposed housing development to be located at 5225 Jain Lane, in the City of Austin. (Suggested date: June 6, 2019, Austin City Hall, 301 W. 2nd Street, Austin, TX). District(s): District 3 3. Approve the meeting minutes of the March 7, 2019 and April 11, 2019 board meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.
