A quorum of the City Council may be present at this meeting. Action will only be taken by the members of the
committee.
The committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas
Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda.

1. Approve the minutes of the May 23, 2018 Austin Utility Energy Oversight Committee meeting.
