A quorum of the City Council may be present at this meeting. Action will only be taken by the members of the
committee.
The committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas
Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda.
CALL TO ORDER
Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the September 26, 2018 Austin Utility Energy Oversight Committee
meeting.

3. General Manager’s report:
· Upcoming contracts to be brought to Council for approval: impartial hearing officer services,
engineering services for Electric Service Delivery, data backup services, tertiary collection services
for delinquent accounts
· Moonlight tower maintenance update
· Innovation update: advanced distribution management system (ADMS)
· Awards and recognition of Austin Energy employees.
