Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Austin Habitat for Humanity, Inc., or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $1,053,931 for an ownership housing development to be known as Meadow Lake, to be located at or near 7051 Meadow Lake Boulevard. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Asociación de Residentes de North Lamar, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000 for an ownership housing cooperative community to be known as North Lamar Mobile Home Park, located at 8105 Research Boulevard. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Parmer Housing, LLC, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $1,391,927 for an ownership development to be known as Talia Homes at Lamppost, to be located at or near 12500 Lamppost Lane. Approve negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Foundation Communities, Inc., or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $2,950,000 for a multi-family rental development to be known as The Loretta, to be located at or near 13653 Rutledge Spur.
