Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.
Consent
1. Approve the meeting minutes of the May 7, 2020 board meeting of the Austin Housing Finance
Corporation.
2. Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary to acquire in fee simple
Lots 1 and 2 out of the Wattinger Acres Section Two Subdivision and approximately 1.67 acres out of
the William Cannon League, Travis County, located at or near 1212 West Slaughter Lane, Austin,
Texas from Wattinger Management Company, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $10,715,000, including
closing costs.

3. Authorize the negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to
acquire fee simple 12721, 12815, & 12817 Magnolia Mound Trail, Austin, 78727; 12902 Lazyfield
Trail, Austin 78727; 5912 & 5919 Green Acres Street, Austin, 78727; 5916 Richard Carlton Blvd.,
Austin 78727; 5506 & 5604 Shreveport Street, Austin 78727; 12915 & 13004 Garfield Lane, Austin,
78727; 12906 Odie Lane, Austin 78727; 12405 Turtleback Lane, Austin 78727; 12821 Meehan
Drive, Austin 78727; 6713, 6805, & 7104 Shannon Drive, Austin 78724; 7012 & 7021 Hillcroft Drive,
Austin 78724; and 6515 Starstreak Drive, Austin 78745 (20 properties) for affordable housing from the
Housing Authority of the City of Austin, in an amount not to exceed $4,739,000.00, plus closing costs.

4. Approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Multi-family
Housing Revenue Bonds, in an aggregate principal amount up to $24,000,000 to provide financing for
the development of Vi Collina, located at or near 2401 East Oltorf Street; approving related documents,
in substantially the form attached to the resolution; authorizing a ground lease; and authorizing specific
named representatives of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation to execute the documents relating to
issuance of the bonds and closing the transaction.

5. Approve a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Austin Housing Finance Corporation Grant
Operating Budget (Resolution No. 20190910-AHFC002) in the amount of $2,675,489 for a total
amount not to exceed $25,589,892.
6. Authorize the negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the 2019-2020 service agreement with
the City of Austin to increase the available funding for the Community Development Block Grant in the
amount $2,675,489 for a total contract amount not to exceed $84,589,892.
7. Approve a resolution amending the Procurement Policy to address emergency contracting authority.
8. Ratify an emergency contract in an amount of $1,459,656 with the Housing Authority of the City of
Austin (HACA) to provide one-time emergency rental assistance for COVID-19 impacted households.
