A motion to approve was made by Council ( -2- Member Woolley, seconded by Councilman Gravelle and carried by the following roll call vote: AYES: Woolley, Gravelle, Ovalle. NOES: None. RESOLUTION NO. 2017 - 67: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AVENAL ADOPTING A MEMORAN DUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) FOR THE EMPLOYEE DESIGNATED NEGOTIATING TEAM (EDNT) NO. 4 FOR FY 2017/18. A motion to approve was made by Council Member Woolley, seconded by Councilman Gravelle and carried by the following roll call vote: AYES: Woolley, Gravelle, Ovalle. NOES: None.
