Motion to change the zone of property located near Hunter Drive and Gentry Street and amending the Village Code of the Village of Baldwinsville, Chapter 345, entitled “Zoning” to add an Article establishing and setting forth the regulations for the Villas at Seneca Planned Development District. B. Discussion/Motion to establish the Occupancy Room tax rate at 3%. 6. New Business A. Motion to approve a resolution to the Town of Lysander, expressing opposition to the development and construction of Data Centers within the limits of the Town of Lysander, until additional information, impact analysis, and regulatory considerations can be evaluated; and providing for other matters related thereto. B. Motion to appoint Sheryl Demarco, as the Neighborhood Advisor at Canton Woods, at a rate of $24/hr. at 20 hours per week, with an effective date of July 20, 2026. C. Motion to accept the application for Special Use Permit from Tic Tac Toes Daycare. D. Motion to approve budget modifications as proposed in the document 2026-07-02 Budget modifications for 2026-2027 budget. E. Motion to approve the Human Resources Audit Agreement with HR One, at a cost not to exceed $7,500.00. F.
