6. Pending Business-
A. Motion to change the zone of property located near Hunter Drive and Gentry Street and amending the
Village Code of the Village of Baldwinsville, Chapter 345, entitled “Zoning” to add an Article
establishing and setting forth the regulations for the Villas at Seneca Planned Development District.
B. Motion to consider 43 Oswego St Special use Permit to accommodate applicant’s request to operate a
day care center pursuant to Section 345-33 of the Baldwinsville Village Code.
C. Motion to approve a 3% room occupancy tax with the sole purpose of providing an additional source
or revenue supporting village parks, trails, the island and other facilities without increasing property
taxes.
7. New Business
A. Motion to authorize the Mayor and Chief of Police to sign letters of support for the NYS Liquor
Authority to issue a waiver of the liquor license requirement for Paper Mill Island to allow more than
(4) events at the venue within the 2026 year, to allow the Taste of B’ville event to serve alcohol on
September 26, 2026.
B. Motion to define Home Occupancy use definition.
C. Motion to approve and adopt the Hazard Mitigation plan.
D. Motion to declare the following items as surplus: 2013 gravely walk behind mower, Husqvarna walk-
behind mower 21”, 2000 Johnston 3000 street sweeper, 2003 international 7300 dump truck, 2003
international 2574 plow truck, TINK claw for wheel loader and 1989 white GMC acl dump truck. Total
value of goods is: $17,701.50.
