The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pyles at 6:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Present Absent Alderman Pamela Haug Cassidy Campbell Megan Gibson Jimmy Terbrock Elizabeth Davis Sandy Grassi Sam Biver Sue Pyles Susan Harris Pat McDermott City Administrator Eric Sterman Parks Director Chris Conway MINUTES The Minutes from the April 22, 2024 Park and Recreation Citizen Advisory Committee meeting were submitted for approval. A motion to approve as submitted was made by Elizabeth Davis and Seconded by Jimmy Terbrock. A voice vote was taken with unanimous affirmative result and the motion passed. STAFF REPORT A. Park and Recreation Director Chris Conway provided a summary review of the Parks and Recreation 1st Quarter Report. B. Chairman Pyles initiated discussion regarding the location, time and frequency of the committee’s meetings. (with the exception of the next meeting which will be held September 16) ADJOURMENT A motion was made by Pat McDermott and seconded by Jimmy Terbrock to adjourn.
