The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Haug at 5:30 p.m.

PRESENTATION
City Administrator Eric Sterman made a presentation to the committee explaining four design options
for a renovated and expanded public works and parks maintenance facility in Vlasis Park. City
Administrator Eric Sterman recommended option B as the most favorable to the City based on cost,
maximizing greenspace, and other factors.
The committee had discussion and general consensus was that option B was the most favorable to the
City.
Parks Director Chris Conway discussed options for tennis and pickleball court repair and renovation.
No action was taken.

A motion was made by Jimmy Terbrock and seconded by Pat McDermott to adjourn. The motion was
passed by unanimous affirmative voice vote and the meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
