NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Barneveld Board will meet on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Barneveld-Brigham Municipal Building, 403 E. County Hwy ID, Barneveld, Wisconsin, to consider the agenda set forth below. This meeting is available via video/audio conference. Consideration of approval of the minutes of the December 5th, 2022 Village Board Meeting 6. Informal Public Comment 7. President’s Report 8. Closed Session per Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel who is rendering oral advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which is likely to become involved with Kenneth F Sullivan Co. arising out of the contract for the Barneveld WWTF Upgrades. The Board may reconvene in open session to discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in closed session. 9. MSA Professional Services:  Update on current projects 10. Public Works Report  Discussion/Consideration of bulk water sales (water off of hydrants) 11. Police Chief’s Report 12. Discussion for Operator’s License for Alycia Hathaway and Sandra Berg for Golden Eagle Bar & Grill 13. Committee/Commission Reports 14. Clerk-Treasurer’s Report including employee breakdowns and monthly receipts  Monthly bills (water, sewer and general) for consideration of payment 15. Adjournment This is a preliminary agenda. This notice may be amended in order to comply with Wisconsin’s Open Meetings law. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other government bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information.
