Call to order the business meeting of the Bartlesville City Council by Mayor Copeland. 2. Roll Call and Establishment of a Quorum. 3. Consent Docket a. Approval of Minutes i. The Special Meeting Minutes of April 30, 2018. b. Approval and/or Ratification of Appointments and Reappointments to Authorities, Boards, Commissions and Committees i. Appointment of Ms. Abigail Singrey for a term of three years on the Library Trust Authority at the recommendation of Vice Mayor Kane. ii. Appointment of Ms. Cassie Haffner to fill an unexpired term on the Library Trust Authority at the recommendation of Vice Mayor Kane. iii. Appointment of Mr. Rob Fries to fill an unexpired term on the Library Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. iv. Appointment of Bruce Kinkade to fill an unexpired term on the Board of Adjustment at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. v, Reappointment of Mr. Douglas Parks for second term on the White Rose Cemetery Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. c. Approval of Resolution i. Approve a Resolution expressing support for State Question 794, the Crime Victim Rights Amendment, also known as Marsy’s Law for Oklahoma d. Approval of Agreements and Contracts i. Approve a Planned Service Renewal between the City of Bartlesville and Johnson Control for the temperature controls and facility maintenance of the Library’s HVAC System. e. Approval of Request to Provide Water Service i. Approve a request from Washington County Rural Water District #2 to add benefit units to the District to serve Silverlake Estates off Silver Lake Road between Yorman and Rice Creek Road in Washington County. f. Approval of Nominations for Ballot i. Approve Craig Stephenson and Mike Bailey to the Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group (OMAG) Board of Trustees. g. Approval to Designate Property as Surplus i. Approve Police Department Property of Taser X-26 cartridges and batteries as surplus property in order to transfer the property to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. h. Receipt of Bids i. Bid No. 2017-2018-018 for Tuxedo Blvd. Asphalt Paving Rehabilitation ii. Bid No. 2017-2018-020 for Basin T05-T06 Relief Line iii. Bid No. 2017-2018-021 for Johnstone Ave. Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project 8. Discuss and take action to award Bid No. 2017-2018-018 for Tuxedo Blvd. Asphalt Paving Rehabilitation. Presented by Councilman Gentges. 9. Discuss and take action to award Bid No. 2017-2018-019 Demolition of Police Station. Presented by Vice Mayor Kane. 10.
