Roll Call and Establishment of a Quorum. 3. The Invocation will be provided by Pastor Chuck McCarthy, Bible Church of Bartlesville. 4. Citizens to be heard. 5. Discuss and take action to approve the Special Meeting Minutes of June 6, 2016. 6. Discuss and take action to award a contract between the Bartlesville Education Authority and MTS Contracting for exterior repair work. 7. Discuss and take action to assign the contract with MTS Contracting to Nabholz Construction Services. 8. BEA Trustee Comments and Inquiries. 9. Adjournment.
