ITEM NO. 4 - BOA-16-06-SZP – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Brad Skaggs, for Larson Development, for a Special Zoning Permit to allow a Residential use on the first floor of a building in a C-4 (Commercial) zoned district on property located at 412 E Frank Phillips Boulevard, legally described at Lots 1 & 2, and the east 59.35 feet of Lots 3 & 4, Block 16, Original Town, now City of Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.
