ITEM NO. 4 – CASE NO. SZP-0922-0028 – A public hearing to discuss and take action on an application from the Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation, on behalf of Brandon Marler, for an Extension of Nonconforming Use to allow for the demolition of an existing home and construction of a new home at property zoned M-1 (Limited Industrial), located at 801 NE Washington Boulevard, legally described as the East 66 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Wittenmyer’s Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma, except the South 8.5 feet of the North 25 feet of said real estate, which is reserved for road purposes. VAR-0822-0012 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Tanner Consulting, LLC, on behalf of DR Horton, Inc., for a Variance to allow a lesser rear setback and front setback at property located at 1996 S Jefferson Rd., legally described as Lot 37, Block 3, Park Place Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. The Board of Adjustment may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Board of Adjustment may refer the matter to the City Manager, Staff or City Attorney, or back to a committee or other recommending body. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely. Agenda items requiring a public hearing as required by law will be so noted. The Board of Adjustment may at their discretion change the order of the business agenda items. City of Bartlesville encourages participation from all its citizens.
