SZP-1022-0029 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an Application for Special Zoning Permit from Jasmine Brown for construction of a carport on property zoned RS-7 (Single-Family Residential), located at 307 SE Wilshire Ave., legally described as Lot 18, Block 5, Pennington Hills Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. VAR-1022-0013 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Daniel Mains for a Variance for the location of a shed and the location and height of a fence due to slope and drainage at property zoned RS-12 (Single-Family Residential), located at 2003 SE Neptune Ct., legally described as Lot 145, Hillcrest Heights 4th Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. The Board of Adjustment may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Board of Adjustment may refer the matter to the City Manager, Staff or City Attorney, or back to a committee or other recommending body. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely. Agenda items requiring a public hearing as required by law will be so noted. The Board of Adjustment may at their discretion change the order of the business agenda items. City of Bartlesville encourages participation from all its citizens.
