ITEM NO. 4 – BOA-16-02-SZP – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Gary Steele for a Special Zoning Permit to allow a Major Home Occupation License on property in an RS-12 Zoning District located at 1613 East Drive, legally described Lot 13, Block 2, Prairie Heights Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. ITEM NO. 5 –BOA-16-03-SZP- A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Robert Adams, 209 NW Margarite Avenue, for approval of a special exception to allow the storage of recreational vehicles and other equipment on two vacant residential lots addressed as 210 NW Margarite Avenue, and legally described as Lots 10 and 11, Block 2, Bartlesville Zinc Addition to the City of Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. ITEM NO. 6 - BOA-16-04-V – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Hays Awning, on behalf of John Haines, for a Variance to the side yard setback to allow the construction of a carport on property located at 512 NE Avondale, legally described Lot 3, Block 2, McGuire Subdivision, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.
