Consent Docket a. Approval of Minutes i. Special Meeting Minutes of January 19, 2016. b. Approval of Appointment, Reappointments and Ratifications on Authorities, Boards, Commissions, and Committees. i. Appointment of Mr. Kevin Trease as the Dewey Representative to the Bartlesville Water Resources Committee at the recommendation of Mayor Gorman. ii. Reappointment of Mr. Bryan Ballard, Vic Allshouse and Bruce Peterson to additional three year terms on the Bartlesville Water Resources Committee at the recommendation of Mayor Gorman. c. Approval of Contracts and Agreements i. Amendment No 3 on an Agreement between the City of Bartlesville and Capitol Ventures Government Relations in the amount of $3,500 monthly for government assistance and relations. ii. Between the City of Bartlesville and the BTC Broadband for internet services at the Bartlesville Public Library in the amount of $21,600.00 paid by Federal e-rate monies (80%) and Oklahoma Universal Services Fund (20%). d. Approval of Surveyor’s Certificate st i. PC-16-05-FP (Correction): Surveyor’s Certificate and Correction of Plat for Stonebranch 1 Addition, a part of the NE/4, SW/4, of Section 3, Township 26 North, Range 13 East due to a scrivener error in the labeling of the building setback on Lots 5 and 6. e. Approval of Resolutions i. Amending the Budget of the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 appropriating a transfer from the BMA Water Fund for the Water Operating Fund. 7. Discuss and take action to award Bid No.2015-2016-013R for the Water Treatment Plant Central UPS System. Presented by Councilman Lockin. 8. Discuss and take action to award Bid No. 2015-2016-017 for Fine Bubble Air Difuser Discs for the Municipal Activated Sludge Aeration Basins. Presented by Vice Mayor Copeland. 9. A public hearing to consider and take action on Case No. PC-16-01-RZ/PUD/SDP an application from Worley Consulting, on behalf of Rob Hall, for approval of a rezoning from RS-7 (Single Family Residential) to C-5/PUD (Commercial and Supplemental Designation Planned Unit Development) and Site Development Plan, on property located at 323 NE DeBell, legally described as Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 1, Tuxedo Park, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. Discuss and take action on an appeal from Gary Schragin, Real Estate Manager for Fairway Outdoor Advertising, on the City of Bartlesville’s judgment of a dilapidated structure (billboard) located at 6111 SE Nowata Road. Presented by Larry Silver, Neighborhood Services Supervisor. 11. Discuss and take action on a proposed agreement between the City of Bartlesville and FOP Lodge 117 for Fiscal Year 2015-2016. Presented by Jerry Maddux, City Attorney. 12. Discussion and possible action on a plan for the disposition of the Ward 4 City Council position. Presented by Mayor Gorman. 13. New Business 14.
