Discuss and take action to approve a resolution declaring the City’s commitment to continued revitalization of the Downtown Commercial District and supporting the continued participation by Main Street Bartlesville in Main Street Programs as an important stakeholder in this effort. Discuss and take action to adopt an ordinance ratifying, confirming, and correcting scrivener’s error in Ordinance No. 3465 of the city of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, pertaining to the creation of Increment District No. 10, City of Bartlesville; declaring an emergency; and containing other provisions related thereto.
