A resolution amending the budget of the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma for Fiscal Year 2017-2018, appropriating revenues for Bureau of Reclamation Grant. d. Ratification of Agreement i. Ratify the Cooperative Agreement between the Bureau of Reclamation and the City of Bartlesville for Title XVI Feasibility Study to Augment Bartlesville Water Supply with Drought-Resilient Reclaimed Water. e. Receipt of Annual Report i. 2016 Annual Report for the Chickasaw Wastewater Treatment Plant. f. Receipt of Bids i. Bid No. 2017-2018-011 for Circle Mountain Generator 8. Cancelled - Hold a public hearing to consider and take action on Case No. PC-17-08-RZ/PUD/SDP an application from Ambler Architects, on behalf of Casey’s General Store, for approval of a Rezoning from O (Office) and RS-10 (Single Family Residential) to C-3/PUD (Commercial) and Supplemental Designation Planned Unit Development and Site Development Plan, on property located at 1705 SE Madison, the southwest corner of Madison Blvd. and Nowata Rd., legally described as a part of E/2, NE/4, NE/4, NE/4, Section 21, T26N, R13E, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. The rescheduled public hearing and action will take place on November 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.  9. Hold a public hearing to provide opportunity for public comment regarding a proposal for the amendment of Increment District No. 9, City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma (Bison Trails Apartments Project Plan). Presented by Nate Ellis, The Public Finance Law Group. 10. Hold a public hearing to provide opportunity for public comment regarding a proposal for the termination of Increment District No. 7, City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma (Bartlesville Retirement Community Project Plan). Presented by Nate Ellis, The Public Finance Law Group. 11. Cancelled - the previously scheduled first public hearing regarding a proposal for the creation of Increment District No. 12, City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma (Bartlesville Retirement Community Economic Development Project Plan). The rescheduled first hearing will take place on October 16, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. and the second hearing take place on November 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. 12. Discuss and possibly take action on a recommendation from the Bartlesville Development Authority to appropriate up to $65,000 from the Economic Development Fund to demolish the Sooner Motel facilitating construction of a Popeyes Chicken. Discuss and take action on a recommendation from the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Oversight Committee regarding the Updated Wastewater Treatment Plan including a Reuse Feasibility Study.
