The Regular Meeting Minutes of June 1, 2020. b. Approval of Appointments and Reappointments to Authorities, Boards, Committees and Commissions i. Appointment of Mr. Rick Loyd and Mr. Trevor Sutterfield for three-year terms on the Bartlesville Library Trust Authority at the recommendation of Councilman Stuart. ii. Appointment of Mr. Jay Webster to fill an unexpired term, and Ms. Stacey Forseman for a three-year term on the Community Center Trust Authority at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. iii. Reappointment of Ms. Cassie Haffner and Mr. George Halkiades to the Bartlesville Library Trust Authority for additional three-year terms at the recommendation of Councilman Stuart. iv. Reappointment of Ms. Debbie Haskell to an additional three-year term on the Park Board at the recommendation of Councilman Curd. v. Appointment of Mr. Andy Dossett to fill an unexpired term on the City Planning Commission at the recommendation of Vice Mayor Gentges. c. Approval of Resolution i. Amending the budget of the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma for Fiscal Year 2020- 2021, appropriating unanticipated private grant revenue for the Restricted Revenue Fund. d. Approval of Agreements, Contracts, and Engagement Letters i. Planned Service Renewal Agreements between the City of Bartlesville/Bartlesville Public Library and Johnson Controls for the Library’s HVAC System.  ii. Exhibition and Loan Agreements between Cherokee Nation Business and the Bartlesville Area History Museum/City of Bartlesville. iii. Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Schindler Elevator Company and the City of Bartlesville/Bartlesville Public Library for the period, July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021. iv. Airport Hangar Lease Agreement for the Bartlesville Municipal Airport between the City of Bartlesville, ConocoPhillips Company and Robert Tedstrom. vi. In-Kind Gift Agreement between ConocoPhillips Company and the City of Bartlesville to provide vehicles for the Bartlesville Municipal Airport. vii. An Agreement for OMMS to perform a Best Practices Review for the Bartlesville Police Department. viii. Project agreement and resolution with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for Job Piece Number 23170(11) constructing a right turn lane on US-75 to Eastland Parkway. e. Approval of Proposal i. Proposal submitted by Ambler Architects to create an architectural rendering of the teen space addition in the Bartlesville Public Library. f. Approval of Rural Water District Request i. Request from Washington County Rural Water District #2 to add a benefit unit to the District to serve an 0.83 acre tract at 24125 N 3967 Road in Washington County. g. Receipt of Bids i. 2020-2021-002 Water and Wastewater Line Repair Materials ii. 2020-2021-003 Water Treatment Chemicals iii. 2020-2021-004 Cudahy Street Pavement Rehabilitation-Virginia to Santa Fe 7. Discuss and take possible action to award Bid No. 2020-2021-002 for Water and Wastewater Line Repair Materials. Presented by Councilman Curd. 8. Discuss and take possible action to award Bid No. 2020-2021-003 for Water Treatment Chemicals. Presented by Councilman Curd. 9. Discuss and take possible action to award Bid No. 2020-2021-004 Cudahy Street Pavement Rehabilitation – Virginia to Santa Fe. Presented by Vice Mayor Gentges. 10. Public hearing to assess and discuss the City’s performance in the administration of the grant received from the State of Oklahoma for Fiscal Year 2018 CDBG Small Cities Set-Aside Program and take possible action to approve a resolution formally accepting the project as completed. Discuss and take possible action to approve a resolution calling and giving notice of an upcoming election for City Council Representatives for all wards of the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
