Appointment of Barbara Oldham to a three year term on the Adams Golf Course Operating Committee at the recommendation of Vice Mayor Copeland. c. Approval of Agreement i. Approval of a professional service contract with CEC Engineering for Airport Consulting Services in the amount of $31,700.00 and Amendment No.1 to the Agreement addressing the design fees and services. d. Approval of Resolution i. In support of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Delaware Ave. Bridge over the Caney River Alignment Option, and disposition of the Cherokee Bridge, and the potential future financial burden to the City of Bartlesville. e. Receipt of Financials i. Interim financials for the nine months ending March 31, 2016. 7. Discuss and take action to award Bid No. 2015-2016-022 for a Backhoe. Presented by Mr. Kane. 8. A public hearing and action on a request from Steve Conatser to close a portion of a 10’ utility easement in Lot 1, Block 1, Skyline Heights, located at 2301 SE Washington Boulevard, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. Presented by Micah Siemers, P.E., Director of Engineering. 9. Discuss and take action with respect to a resolution by the City Council of the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma (the “City”) establishing the City's reasonable expectation with respect to the issuance of tax- exempt obligations by or on behalf of said City in Calendar Year 2016; and designating the Series 2016 note as a qualified tax exempt obligation; and containing other provisions relating thereto. 10. Presentation of the Downtown Landscaping Plan by Mark Haskell and Sharon Hurst, Main Street Bartlesville, Inc. 11. City Manager and Staff Reports. 12. City Council Comments and Inquiries. 13.
